What is Miracle Mineral Solution and How Do You Make and Use MMS?

What is MMS?

Miracle Mineral Solution, or MMS, contains 28% sodium chlorite (not to be confused with table salt, which is sodium chloride). Health specialists have used sodium chlorite for over 70 years to treat various infections and to prevent colds and the flu.

Jim Humble’s Discovery

Jim Humble found that when sodium chlorite is activated to make chlorine dioxide, it becomes even more effective against microbes. Because chlorine dioxide is a gas that can’t be stored for long, it must be made at home.

How to Make MMS

Chlorine dioxide can be made using a two-part water purification kit available in outdoor sports stores and online. The kit includes 28% sodium chlorite and 50% citric acid.

Steps to Make and Use Chlorine Dioxide

For One Drop

  • In a small glass, add one drop of 28% sodium chlorite.
  • Add one drop of 50% citric acid.
  • Swirl them together for 20-30 seconds.
  • Add 4-8 ounces of purified (preferably distilled) water.
  • Drink the water.

For Two Drops

  • In a small glass, add two drops of 28% sodium chlorite.
  • Add two drops of 50% citric acid.
  • Swirl them together for 20-30 seconds.
  • Add 4-8 ounces of purified water.
  • Drink the water.

Building Up Chlorine Dioxide

When starting MMS, begin with a low dose and gradually increase it. This helps avoid stomach upset. Some people might only tolerate 1/2 drop at first.

How to Mix and Take 1/2 Drop

  • Mix one drop of MMS and one drop of 50% citric acid in a small glass.
  • Swirl for 20-30 seconds.
  • Add 4-8 ounces of purified water.
  • Drink half of the mixture.
  • Discard the remaining fluid.

Daily Increase

Start with 1/2 drop on the first day.
If you feel okay, take one full drop the next day.
Gradually increase to two drops the following day.
Continue to build up, not exceeding three drops at a time.

Dosage Recommendations

Taking smaller doses multiple times daily rather than one large dose is more effective.
The current recommendation is up to three drops every hour for eight to ten hours daily.

Neutralizing Chlorine Dioxide

Vitamin C, immune builders, and antioxidants can neutralize chlorine dioxide.
Take these either an hour before starting chlorine dioxide in the morning or an hour after your last evening dose.

How to Make CDS 3000 in Your Kitchen

Prepare the Activation Mixture

  • Add 30 drops of Natural Antibacterial Cleaner Solution (NACS) Part 1 (28% Sodium Chlorite) to a shot glass.
  • Add 30 drops of NACS Part 2 (50% Citric Acid) to the same shot glass.

Gas Absorption Process

  • Pour 2 cups of distilled water into a large, air-tight, non-metallic container.
  • Place the shot glass in the center of the container, ensuring the contents do not mix with the distilled water.
  • Seal the container immediately so the chlorine dioxide gas can infuse the distilled water.

Waiting Period

  • Allow the setup to sit for 12 to 24 hours. The solution in the shot glass should become clear or less yellow, and the distilled water will turn yellowish, indicating gas absorption.

Repeat the Process

  • Remove, rinse, and dry the shot glass.
  • Repeat steps 1 and 2, using the already yellow permeated water for a second absorption round. For maximum absorption, let the second setup stand for another 12 to 24 hours.

The final result is a bright yellow 3,000 PPM Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS), achieved without the water directly contacting the sodium chlorite or citric acid mixture.
