While on your MMS protocol, you can eat. The MMS dose should not be taken right at mealtime. Plan your meals around your dosing while on the protocols. MMS doses should be spaced out by 20 to 30 minutes after you take them. MMS doses can be taken at 8:00 a.m., breakfast at 8:30 a.m., and the next dose at 9:00 a.m. Your breakfast should last about 15 minutes or less. Similarly, lunch could be at 12:30 p.m. if you take an MMS dose at 12 noon.
While on the protocol, it is best to eat smaller meals and/or snacks rather than very large meals during the protocol hours. There are a variety of ways you can do this—just adjust according to your daily routine. (Don’t be confused, you can eat while taking MMS, just avoid large meals during the hours you are taking your doses.)
It would be 8 hours later, at 3:00 pm, that your last dose would be if you started your protocol pretty early in the morning, say at 8:00 am. If you have eaten smaller meals or snacks during this eight hour dosing period, and you finish your last dose at 3:00 pm, you would be able to eat your large meal by 5:00 pm, or later if you prefer.
Some people prefer to start their dosing later in the day, so they can drink orange juice or a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.
Using an eight hour protocol, an individual would end their dosing at 10:00 pm if they started their dosing at 3:00 pm. Before 1:00 pm, they can drink coffee, tea, or orange juice – things that aren’t compatible with MMS – at least two hours before starting the protocol.
Adapt your dosing to your needs and schedule-see what works for you, but keep these important rules in mind:
- Space out your MMS dose and food consumption by 20-30 minutes.
- Try not to eat large meals or snacks during the hours when you are actually taking your MMS doses.
- Do not eat or drink anything that neutralizes MMS during your dosing period.
Using MMS for health is done for two main reasons:
- The main reason is to eradicate a disease and regain your health.
- Detoxifying the body can help remove poisons, which can then help clear up a variety of small and large health issues.
When dealing with any type of illness, the solution is clear. Your goal should be to eliminate the disease. During times of sickness, especially when it is severe, it is a good opportunity to evaluate aspects such as your diet and lifestyle. Proper nutrition, exercise, and healthy living habits all play a role in maintaining good health. You should be using good nutrition (eating well) all the time you are on Protocol 1000 or 2000 but add no vitamins or minerals or other nutritional supplements until you are well. By doing so, you can rebuild your nutritional levels once the protocol is complete. This approach is necessary because pathogens also thrive on essential nutrients. In a way, taking supplements while on these protocols can be counterproductive as it builds up one hand while tearing down with the other. Additionally, certain supplements may neutralize MMS’s effectiveness.
In particular, this is true of cancer, as well as a variety of major diseases (such as Lyme, Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV/AIDS, MRSA, and so on). It is not the time to simultaneously increase the amount of extra nutrition when you begin these protocols, since cancer cells, for example, and other pathogens, can benefit from good nutrition when you begin.
It is important to avoid giving the cancer or any other disease the opportunity to strengthen and spread. The goal is to deplete and eradicate the illness, not provide it with additional resources. In today’s world, there are countless theories about how to combat disease. Our observations suggest that using MMS to eliminate cancer cells or other illnesses without providing them with nutritional support is most effective. Once the disease has been eliminated, focusing on improving nutrition can help rebuild the immune system. However, it is crucial to detoxify first before introducing any new nutritional foods in a gradual process.
As stated in The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium, adhering to the recommended protocols greatly increases the likelihood of recovery compared to other current theories. Thus, when dealing with a serious illness, it is crucial to avoid taking supplements while on these protocols in order to effectively eliminate pathogens. However, considering taking a probiotic that supports digestion through natural microorganisms may be beneficial. Ultimately, eradicating the disease should be the primary focus before incorporating any supplements.
As long as you do not suffer from a major disease but want to cleanse yourself of toxins and heavy metals, and eliminate skin problems, achy joints, nagging irritations, and a variety of other ailments not necessarily life-threatening, then you can begin supplementing any time after the first week on the protocol if you believe they will benefit you.
- While taking MMS, always separate taking vitamins and supplements by at least two hours from taking your MMS doses.
- The best way to stay healthy is to eat nutritious whole foods and avoid synthetic and artificial supplements.
- The fundamental principle of MMS is that pathogens do not have time to regroup and build back up because they are constantly hit without any chance to regroup.
MMS Do’s and Don’ts:
MMS Don’ts:
- If you are on an eight-hour protocol, do not break up your dosing hours, such as four hours in the morning, a three-hour break, and then four more hours.
- Drinking alcohol, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, caffeinated drinks, tea (black, green, and many herbal teas), milk, orange juice, or any drinks with added Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is not recommended.
- Despite being citrus, lemon juice is much more acidic than MMS and has no adverse effect on it. Orange juice, on the other hand, contains substances other than Vitamin C that are incompatible with MMS.
- MMS is less effective when taken with foods or supplements that are high in antioxidants, such as Moringa.
- While on a particular protocol, you should wait until you finish your daily doses of MMS before consuming the above items, or take them first thing in the morning, then start your MMS doses two hours later. At least two hours should pass between your last and first daily doses.
- You should not put MMS down the drain if you have a septic tank, as this will kill the flora in the tank and cause it to stop working.
MMS Do’s
- To activate MMS (sodium chlorite solution), you must mix it with citric acid, HCl, or another proven food-grade acid.
- When MMS is activated, it must be mixed with water before consumption or application to the skin (the amount of water varies).
- In Jim Humble’s The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium book, page 188, there is one exception to this rule: using inactivated MMS on a burn.
